By accessing or using the Red Seal Pass website (https://redsealpass.ca) and its related subscription services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
You must provide a valid email address to register an account. Each account is personal and for individual use only. Shared logins are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension without refund.
Subscriptions are billed securely via Stripe. Monthly plans renew automatically every 30 days unless canceled before the renewal date. The 3-Month package is a one-time purchase that does not automatically renew.
Our 3-Month package comes with a Pass Guarantee. If you challenge your official provincial Red Seal exam during or immediately following your 3-month subscription period and do not achieve a passing score (70%):
• You are eligible for a 50% discount on your next 3-month study pass.
• To claim this discount, please email support at [email protected] with your official provincial failure notification sheet within 14 days of receiving your exam results.
Red Seal Pass is a self-study helper platform. While our questions are modeled on official standards and code citations, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by CIRA, the Red Seal program, or any provincial training authority. We do not guarantee that using our platform will assure a pass on the actual exam.
