This trade is on British Columbia (BC)’s compulsory list as Construction Electrician. Under SkilledTradesBC, workers must be a registered apprentice, a registered trade qualifier, or a certified journeyperson. Mobile Crane Operator and Tower Crane Operator take effect 2026-07-05.

4 hours, and a 70% pass mark. These are set provincially rather than by the Red Seal standard, and the four hours is the same whether your paper is 100 or 150 questions.
